Not working ... need help! PDF print email

We all understand that it is very frustrating when something isn't working the way we think it should. Been there, done that! However, please understand we are all volunteers here and you're cry for help will not always be answered instantly (allthough we try to make it as fast as possible).

Also, it is important that you supply us with as much information about any problems or errors as you can, that includes

  • the brand and version of the browser you are using
  • Java version installed on your system
  • the type of operating system you are using
  • and your full name, username and/or email address you used to sign up with.

Many times things can be helped fairly easy, but without an account to associate it with, helping becomes impossible. (Our psychic capabilities are still limited! Wink)

Another important thing to remember is to direct you're help requests to the appropriate contact. Anything remotely technical in nature whether it's with the main IBC site, IBC Sales, or even the SMP, contact the This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . That includes things like usernames, passwords, etc.

If it's strictly account related and dealing with PayPal, dues, expirations, etc. contact our This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .

For questions or problems regarding an products or you're order via our IBC Sales eShop, contact our This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .

Don't post your help request in our BetterBettas list unless it relates to Yahoo groups!

Thank you!
